Discreet audio was the request here, so we utilised Sonance Invisible series throughout the whole property. Installing these plaster in in-visible series speakers ensured no speakers were seen – while still preserving outstanding audio performance.

The meticulous attention to detail put into the property was complimented by a state-of-the-art lighting design and control via Lutron. A Lutron Homeworks QS system provides the intelligent control of all the circuits throughout the home.

Loewe OLED televisions and an in-wall Aquavision Mirror TV in the kitchen further complemented the blend of technology and design.

A strong data network and secure Wi-Fi throughout was installed throughout the property, as well as integrated door entry and CCTV.
