The brief;

Whilst undergoing a large renovation by Green County Developments, this wonderful London property in Belgravia, required a discreet approach to integrating modern technology.

The delivery;

Firstly, a Lutron lighting solution provided intelligent lighting control for the ambience and scenes throughout the home, with keypads finishes to match the decor.

While a combination of different architectural designed speakers provided a level between design and performance, the main drawing room utilised recessed flush speakers, with an aperture to match the downlights to provide a discreet but powerful audio solution for this location.

Televisions were deployed with all source equipment hidden away in the main equipment rack and simply accessed on any TV via a single one remote solution per room.

A data network throughout the property and managed Wi-Fi access points ensured a solid network.
