The brief;
Potters Home Digital was enlisted to design and install the latest in smart home technology in this listed London home while it was being extended and refurbished.
The delivery;
The whole home is a now a fully connected smart home, with video distribution and multi-room audio throughout via discreet architectural in-ceiling speakers.
Supplied and fitted was the Lutron HomeWorks QS, to control the lighting and save energy with an automated roller and roman blinds to manage both privacy and solar gain/retention. Video touchscreen panels on each floor enables the homeowner to control the home, communicate with family members on other floors and visitors as at the front door provide them entry. A wall-mounted iPad is also there which can control all the smart technology and manage/view security.
The home also has a spa, which has a waterproof 55” TV and if that’s not enough to relax then sit back in front of a 75” screen with discrete surround sound with an in-wall sub.
