Smart Apartments, Mayfair
The brief;
A previously derelict building in the centre of Mayfair, has been amazingly restored into 6 apartments. Potters Home Digital was brought in to make them “Smart Apartments” and worthy of this prestigious postcode.
The delivery;
We installed the Lutron Lighting System “RA2 Select” which controls the lighting and shades. From a wall control or smartphone/tablet anywhere in the world, the residents can create the perfect atmosphere for entertaining or to welcome them home at the touch of a button.
Every floor of each apartment has managed Wi-Fi and discrete in-ceiling speakers throughout. There are also video door entry panels, and a wall-mounted iPad to control and view all the smart home security and technology in each home.

Martyn Phillips2024-03-16James installed a new CCTV camera and updated the CCTV software on all our phones, tablets and PCs. He did a very good job and was very pleasant and helpful . We now have full coverage of our outdoor space which should mean less risk of intrusion and burglary. Thank you James!
