The brief;

A stunning new build on the Sussex coast whose owner wanted a bespoke solution to suit his lifestyle and personal home comforts.

The delivery;

We worked with the client to create his vision of a high tech Smart Home. We installed a cinema room, a hidden TV, multi-room audio throughout, CCTV and a WiFi network. This home contains a lot of Smart Home Tech but its all hidden out of sight.

The Sea House won two awards in 2019, in the British Home Awards and The Sussex Heritage Trust Awards.
